Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 June 2026

This policy explains what information Keen Waves collects when you use keenwaves.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep the site deliberately light: no advertising, no cookies, no selling of data.

01 Who we are

Keen Waves ("we", "us") is an AI studio for revenue teams, operating from London, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, contact pavelpapin@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.

02 What we collect

  • Information you send us. When you submit the request form, we receive your name, work email, company (optional), and your message. That is the only personal data we ask for.
  • Anonymous usage data. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless tool. It records aggregate page views and referrers. It does not set cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect data that identifies you.
  • Standard server logs. Our host records basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, retained for a short period.

03 How and why we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to deliver and manage that engagement. Anonymous usage data helps us understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is your consent in submitting the form and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

04 Who processes it

We rely on a small set of reputable processors, each under their own data protection terms:

  • Vercel — website hosting and form delivery.
  • Resend — sending the form submission to our inbox.
  • Cloudflare — DNS and network security.
  • Plausible Analytics — cookieless, aggregate analytics (EU-hosted).

We never sell or rent your data, and we share it only with these processors as needed to run the site.

05 How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of a working relationship plus a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

06 Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email pavelpapin@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

07 International transfers

Some of our processors operate outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses.

08 Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
